Welcome to WolfStamp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WolfStamp, a subscription-based SaaS platform operated by an independent individual developer.
By using WolfStamp, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
WolfStamp allows restaurants and small businesses to create, manage, and distribute digital customer loyalty cards via a secure online dashboard.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activity under their account.
WolfStamp is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized merchant of record. Fees are billed in advance for the selected period.
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. WolfStamp may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or unlawful activity.
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
All software, content, and branding provided through WolfStamp are the property of the developer and protected by copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
WolfStamp may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located therein.
